Dr. K. G. B. Santhosh Kumari, Founder & CEO, is an esteemed academician, International ESL Trainer, and IELTS Trainer with over 22 years of experience in education, training, counseling, and mentoring. With a commitment to professional excellence, she has made a significant impact on students, educators, and professionals around the world, improving their language proficiency, teaching methodologies, and career prospects. Her experience includes serving as an International ESL Trainer for the Ministry of Education in Uzbekistan, and she is a Google and British Council Certified Educator, as well as an NLP Practitioner. Dr. Santhosh Kumari is also a JCI Zone Trainer, a life member of ISTD and ELT@I, a published author, and has conducted more than 200 workshops. In addition, she serves as a visiting professor, further contributing to the advancement of education and language training globally.

Mr. Santha Rao holds dual Masters degrees in Telugu and Sanskrit, along with a B.Ed in Sanskrit, specializing in Oriental languages and Linguistics.
