Dr. K. G. B. Santhosh Kumari, Founder & CEO, is an esteemed academician, International ESL Trainer, and IELTS Trainer with over 22 years of experience in education, training, counseling, and mentoring. With a commitment to professional excellence, she has made a significant impact on students, educators, and professionals around the world, improving their language proficiency, teaching methodologies, and career prospects.

Dr. K. G. B. Santhosh Kumari, Founder and CEO, ShanMukh Linguaskill Solutions, a Training and Language Consultancy, is an esteemed academician and International ESL Trainer with over 22 years of experience in education, training, counselling, and mentoring. Throughout her distinguished career, she has consistently demonstrated commitment to academic excellence and the professional development of both students and educators worldwide, positioning her as a transformative figure in the field of education.

Dr. Santhosh Kumari holds a remarkable array of academic qualifications, including an M.A., M. Phil, B. Ed, PGDL, PGDTE, and a Ph.D. from premier State and Central Universities in India. She had a PG Diploma in TEFL from Canada.

She is currently serving as an International ESL Master Trainer and IELTS Trainer under the Ministry of Education, Surkhandarya Region, Uzbekistan, where she plays a key role in advancing English language education and enhancing the professional competence of teachers especially, she trains the government school teachers and is successful in training more than 1000 to 1500 teachers by visiting various schools personally and even in online mode.

Furthermore, she is a JCI Zone Trainer and a life member of both ISTD (Indian Society for Training & Development) and ELT@I (English Language Teachers' Association of India). Dr. Santhosh Kumari has also earned several certifications, like Duolingo Certified Educator, Google Certified Educator, Master Trainer (British Council), Voice and Accent Trainer, Emotional Intelligence and Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, and POSH Certified Trainer.

In her prolific career, Dr. Santhosh Kumari has authored three books, edited one book, and 5 books are in the pipeline. She has published over 22 articles and 1 patent in national and international journals. In this journey, she has served as a resource person for over 300 workshops and trainings, focusing on IELTS, CEFR, advanced teaching methodologies, English for Professionals, Art of Effective Communication, and professional development.

Her contributions are widely recognized, and she has been invited by the Ministry of Education of Surkhandarya, Uzbekistan, to train teachers in their Government Schools across the assigned Region. She has received the Best Teacher Award in 2023 and 2024 from the director. Dr. Santhosh Kumari has been serving as a Visiting Professor at several universities in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and India. Passionate about learning and training, she continues to inspire excellence in education and innovation worldwide.
